Brisbane House Hotel

_BCC Project Managed the construction of a large glass extension to the front of the hotel along with the internal fit out, co-ordinating separate trades in order to reduce cost for the Client.

The project was carried out in 2 phases to keep disruption to the running of the hotel to a minimum. The works were managed in such a way to allow full use of the wedding/function suite (phase 1) once complete while the bar and restaurant were still under construction.

BCC also acted as the monitoring surveyor for the Clients bank on the project.
