_BCC provided numerous cost plans looking at the viability of this building on a busy island site.
_BCC were able to build a unique cost plan formula to allow the client to assess the financial implications of adding a block of floors.
This allowed the client to explain to Newcastle Council why it was required for the building to be a certain height.
