Hillside Gardens Lane development comprises six townhouses and associated communal gardens for client Noah Developments. 

​

Hoskins Architects wanted to design a scheme to enclose and frame the existing bowling green and club house pavilion building.  

​

One of the main obstacles to overcome was the re-siting of the existing Virgin Media box which CCG (the main contractor) dealt with amicably. 

​

The Brick façade and designed timber kit construction removed the requirement for steel framing early in the design process allowing monies to be spent on creating a warm green planted space / communal gardens shared between residents and bowling club members alike.

The client Noah managed to source a number of products directly which with the help of BCC were integrated into the project.
