Neil

Neil has over 27 years of experience working in the construction industry throughout the United Kingdom and beyond. Having previously spent 6 years working in London Neil moved back to Glasgow and formed BCC Ltd in 1997 with the mission to ensure that all good architecture gets a chance. All projects undertaking by _BCC are overseen by Neil and he is always the first point of contact. Neil is also involved in lecturing at the various universities in Glasgow.

Derek

A senior surveyor, Derek is heading up many of his own projects in the practice with a view to helping BCC to continue to raise their profile in bespoke Architectural projects. He has worked closely with Neil over the 10 years and his experience and quantity surveying skills make him a stand out in this field. Derek is also responsible for maintaining the office cost resources, which stems from his genuine interest in sourcing unusual and current cost information in the industry.

David

David has worked with _BCC Ltd since graduating and was recruited by Neil following on from Neil’s role as a visiting lecturer at Glasgow Caledonian University. David has worked on many distinguished projects since then and has developed an appetite for Exciting Architecture and enjoys the challenge of working on the unusual. He has a great ability to understand architect’s objectives on the unusual projects and has been working closely and successfully on the recent St Peter’s Seminary project, which he enjoyed immensely.
