The establishment of Building Cost Consultants emerged from the partnership of H & H a combined Firm of Architecture and Surveying.

Neil Hickey, principle of BCC, has been involved in Private practise for 20 years throughout the UK. In 1997 he decided to form his own practice and therefore B.C.C. was born. Now entering it's fifth year, the practice is now growing rapidly and providing Quantity Surveying and Project Management services to existing clients and other additional Architectural practices.
